Newest Update to rumors:

-Paramount Carowinds may be adding a new section to their park because to the left of the Hurler is a large piece of land owned by Carowinds.  I was at Carowinds on the final day open last season and heard from a friend who works there that they were getting something for 2001 that would blow B&M's
Top Gun out of the water, also since the paramount parks like to have similar rides at each park, I have a gut feeling a flying coaster is in planning for the 2001 season because I saw some cranes clearing out land to the left of hurler the other day, I'll keep my fingers crossed and keep you updated...

-More a Reply to the guy about Carowinds The Likelihood Of Paramount Parks inc. putting in a looping woodie for the 2001 season is very unlikely....but if they were I doubt that it would go in at Carowinds my guess would be that it would (assuming one even goes in) go to Canada's Wonderland where some attention......and would coasters are needed......

-MF (Millennium Force) will open on time. The same thing happen to Raptor and Mantis and they opened on time.

-Word has come to me that Cedar Point's Millennium Force may not open on time. This may be wild, but I have heard its a possibility that they had a mal-function with one support that has to be completely re-ordered from the manufacturer, Intamin.

-I have heard from some sources that Flashback (SFoT)  may have some re-tracking done during the off season to make the boomerang smoother.

-SFoT's 2000 Zierer will go in on the site of the air Racer. It will be very compact and take up some of the mine train space. The mine train will be re-done just like the mini mine was re-done for Mr. Freeze.

-Six Flags Great Adventure is getting a 40 million dollar water park for the
2000 season. For 2001 there getting a CCI wooden coaster. The biggest stand-up in the world (made by B&M) is coming in 2002. There getting more flat rides (A Huss spinning ride) for the 2000 and 2001 season. I know this cause my dads friend works there.

-I heard from a friend who works at Canobie lake that they're getting a 400ft tall Intamin gyro drop.

-Six Flags over Texas is going to get something in 2001 for their 40th anniversary, maybe a S:ROS clone or another long-awaited hyper coaster!

-Rumors say that PGA are not satisfied of their flying coaster, Project Stealth. Maybe something with the cars?

-I here for 2001 Cedar Point might get yet another coaster.  They really want to build something out on a new boardwalk - including 1/2 new B&Ms.  Let's just wait and see.

-Carowinds (PC) might get a B&M hypercoaster for 2001. If not, probably a flying coaster or looping woodie.  -Will Johansson
